Terms of Service for DNA Skin NYC
You may only ship to one address per order.
All orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days. Our business days for shipping are defined as Monday-Friday and does not include weekends or holidays. For instance, all orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on a Monday. DNA Skin NYC uses FedEx for all orders, or the USPS.
A fee of $8.00 will be charged for flat rate shipping.
For orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii, we can reach your destination through standard shipping only at a cost of $22. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Shipping delays may possibly occur due to holidays, natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, and other Acts of God. We are not held accountable for lost or stolen packages.
As of 2020, we are unable to ship internationally, as well as to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase from DNA Skin NYC, you may return any item in its nearly original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a full refund.
A skin reaction or dissatisfaction should be easily noted within 30 days and if more than 1/4 of your product has been used, we cannot issue your refund.
Please email [email protected] to receive your label for free return shipping. Please allow 4-7 business days to see the refund return to your banking account.
If no contact is made before this time period of 30 days then no refund can be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
