Here at DNA Skin NYC we are actively adapting our protocols to ensure that you, our clients, and our staff stay healthy and safe at all times once we are able to resume business and start treatments.
Our staff will be tested prior to coming back to the studio and have implemented a rigorous sanitation protocol. Like always, sanitation will occur after each client interaction and throughout the day with much emphasis on high touch areas using medical-grade disinfectant wipes and sprays.
If you think you have been exposed to COVID‑19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, please call your healthcare provider for medical advice right away. Do your best to reschedule your appointment with us immediately. We will understand given these circumstances and will waive any cancellation fees.
Upon arrival before coming up to our studio, please take advantage of the hand sanitizer stations in our lobby.
Please arrive at DNA’s studio in a mask. Anyone not arriving wearing a mask will be rescheduled.
Masks and latex-free nitrile gloves will be worn by your therapist during the entirety of your treatment. New gloves will also be worn during check-in and check-out.
Before your treatment begins, we will now be taking your temperature with a touchless thermometer. If a client’s temperature registers at 100.2 or higher twice within 5 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
To accommodate social distancing, there will never be more than 3 people allowed in our studio at a time. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If this is necessary, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
We will be taking even more time between appointments so we can implement proper cleaning and sanitation of modalities and of our studio.
